Aida specializes in the recruitment of both Japanese Bengoshi and foreign-qualified attorneys for domestic and international law firm clients. She is dedicated to building long-term relationships with clients and candidates and strives to add value wherever possible. Prior to moving to Japan, Aida lived in Taiwan, the Bahamas, the US, and the UK. She is a native speaker of Mandarin and English, and business-level Japanese.
