Yuki’s responsibility covers the recruitment of Bengoshi, foreign qualified legal counsel and compliance officers for multinational and domestic companies and law firms. His is a busy role, approaching candidates directly to discuss potential career options and build long-term relationships. Yuki strives to support candidates looking for opportunities and clients needing to hire, by finding chemistry between the two parties that may not have been immediately obvious. He does so by approaching his work with an open mind and trying to think outside of the box, and importantly by trying to offer various options to candidates and clients.
Yuki himself has changed jobs more than once and he recognizes the importance of matching candidates’ desires to clients’ needs.
Yuki studied abroad in New Zealand during his college years and is a fluent English speaker. He is often the first point of contact from Just Legal and is an integral member of our team.
